Location

Strawberry Mill is located in one of the most prestigious residential areas in Colwyn Bay, North Wales. It boasts a picture-perfect sea view and country charm. It is a lovely wooden beamed cottage that comes with a view of the sea from the bedroom, lounge and bathroom.

The cottage is within walking-distance of an award-winning pub, a takeaway, post office and a convenience store. Food delivery services from local takeaways are readily available.

Welsh Mountain Zoo is just a walk away. It is ideal as a base to travel to Llandudno, Conwy, Chester and Snowdonia national park. The lovely Colwyn Bay coast is just at the foot of the hill!

Lounge

The lounge has a log effect electric fire and sea views. There is a leather settee and a leather sofa bed with double sprung mattress available. A 49 inch UHD TV is available with Freeview and Freesat, as well as a DVD player.

Bedroom

The bedroom is equipped with hotel quality linen and has a "Staple" king size double bed with goose down duvet. This will ensure that you have a comfortable night, as confirmed by many reviewers. The bedroom is large enough to put a foldaway bed and a travel cot next to it. There is also enough space for a double mattress on the floor, if required. It has a wardrobe and bedside drawers for storage. A TV is also available.

Bathroom

The bathroom boasts a claw foot roll top bath and a separate shower enclosure.

Kitchen

The kitchen has a cream theme and comes with a Smeg cooker and oven, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. It comes with top quality china and glasses. A high chair is available for younger guests. It leads to a private patio area with patio furniture and garden, to relax. There is space for a barbecue (not supplied). looking to the sea.

Garden

There is a tennis court available to use in the main garden as well as an outdoor play area with a swing, slide, baby swing and a trampoline.

It is centrally heated throughout. Wifi connection is available. I can provide baby equipment (high chair, bottle steriliser, baby bath, toys, baby gym, baby dvds and travel cots. Just request!).
